Cotswold Wool Weekend started when friends Louise Millard & Victoria Heritage were talking about the lack of wool shows in the Cotswold AONB. Both avid knitters and passionate about Cotswold sheep, they decided to set the wheels in motion to run a three day wool extravaganza in spring 2023.

The weekend included over 30 dedicated wool related exhibitors from indie dyers to weavers, felters, crocheters and knitters and also included local arts and crafts exhibitors which added a bit of variety for friends of yarnaholics who wanted to come along.

We hosted craft workshops, talks and demonstrations from some amazing educators and over 1350 attendees enjoyed the even so much that the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Planning is now underway for our next event which runs in Autumn 2024.
